Bryan J. Geisbauer is a senior vice president in the San Diego office of Kidder Mathews. He has spent the last two decades specializing in providing strategic tenant representation and multimarket advisory services on behalf of local and national clients. His successful track record is a testament to his ability to understand the specific challenges facing tenants, articulate detailed strategies and implement solutions to clients across a broad spectrum of industries and property types.

Bryan develops and executes real estate strategies that enables his clients to align real estate to their core organizational objectives. He has helped numerous companies make sound real estate decisions that promote sustained cost savings, increase lease flexibility and enhance corporate identity, all while maintaining optimal levels of employee retention and recruitment. The result is consistent and measurable results for his clients.

Mr. Geisbauer has completed over 2 million square feet of transactions for such firms as Berkshire Hathaway, New Balance, and Electra Bicycle. He is also responsible for managing the national portfolio for LinQuest Corporation, a government defense contractor.

He is a licensed real estate professional in both California and Arizona, and has executed transactions for his clients in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Mexico, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Utah, and Virginia.

Michael D. Jordan has over 21 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and specializes in exclusively representing tenants and buyers with their occupancy and investment requirements. During the course of representing and advising his clients, Michael has developed both financial and locational feasibility studies, assembled, coordinated and managed multi-market project advisory teams, performed in-depth evaluations of functional alternatives, negotiated and documented transactions and demonstrated a consistent record of assignments being completed on time and within budget. His expertise in analyzing client needs and delivering effective and efficient results is widely recognized within the industry.

Prior to assuming his role with Kidder Mathews in June 2015, Mr. Jordan had been with CBRE Global Corporate Services Group in both the San Diego and Bakersfield markets. He was also with the Cushman & Wakefield office in Bakersfield for a period of time.

During Mr. Jordan’s commercial real estate career, he has been involved in over 480 transactions which include over 24,675,000 square feet of complex lease and purchase transactions with monetary considerations in excess of $545,000,000. He has also been directly involved in helping clients acquire and entitle over 7,360 acres of land which includes over 3,500 residential lots valued over $200,500,000. In total, Mr. Jordan has been involved in over $800,000,000 worth of acquisition, disposition and consulting commercial real estate business.

Michael is a licensed real estate broker in California and is currently in the process of obtaining his broker license in Nevada.
