The Irvine Co. has purchased a three-building office campus (4401, 4435 and 4445 Eastgate Mall) in UTC from Sunroad Enterprises for an undisclosed price (rumored to be close to $650 psf). The project Known as Sunroad Corporate Center, which is approximately 300,000 square feet was developed by Sunroad Enterprises in 2001 .
According to the San Diego Business Journal the Irvine Co. has renamed the development La Jolla Reserve.
